I bought these a few months ago for my Gladiator. Installation was straightforward, and they work well. The mechanism for use is well thought out and is easy to use. Great product for its intended use: lighter item tie-downs.

Are the straps replaceable when they inevitably wear out or become damaged? I use ratchet straps on a nearly daily basis and the biggest pain with them is keeping them clean and organized, which to date means rolling them for storage in a tough box in the bed. My wife tends to leave my assortment of straps loose in the bed which results in their being gummed up with sheep poop and mud.

My only criticism is that I usually go for 2-3" wide straps with a higher load rating and these appear lighter duty. I even think the price is fair though given a good ratchet strap can cost $30 a piece.

To me the weakest link is how they mount to the bed wall. I'd reinforce that area if expecting a serious load.

The straps are fixed with rivets. I'm afraid that it would be a hard work to remove them and reinstall a new strap. And the bearing may be damaged when you're trying.
