Yep, Today I was assigned a VIN. Looks like the great bumper shortage of 2019 is over... for now.

They know how many bumpers they have and cut off future orders until the supply side resumes. Unless you can order a steel bumper JT today the shortage still exists.

This is true, I wonder if the ordering system still shows not available for the Bumper. Any dealer boys on here that can confirm this?

When I went to ordered on April 26th steel bumper was available. On May 2nd I was in dealer and they called because they hadn't received any confirmation and were told all steel bumper orders were being kicked. We also were told that Crystal Granite was having issues so it wouldn't be available until mid June at the earliest, yes 1 of the long time colors.lol So we reorder minus the bumper but still everything else and got a VON & VIN May 6th and D1 status. They have an estimated ship before June 2nd but I'm not holding my breath.

Same boat but ESD next Sunday may 26. Would love to have it first wk of June but not holding breath even though I gave up GCM and bumper to minimize delays.
