Advise on tires.

Hello, I purchased 20 inch diameter wheels 9.5 inch wide. I am going to install 37s but I am hesitant between 12.5 and 13.5 wide tires. the fact that makes me hesitant is if the 13.5 wide tires looks good and fit properly on a 9.5 wide wheels. Do someone has been in a similar situation before?

ive never run anything but an 8.5” wheel on a 12.5.
Either good for street neither is good aired down off-road
