Has anyone found a fix for that horrible glare?

I'm sure everyone knows that glare you get on the rear cam at night. Are there any easy or cheap fixes for this? I'm very close to removing the damn lights because the glare is so ridiculous. Some engineer needs to be fired.

There's a thread from last fall that discusses applying some Lamin-x over them to control the glare. Search Amazon and see what you can find. I found this last November for $6. Now, I just need to find some time to trim and install it.
