EVO Bomber Rockers installed / left over parts

I have installed EVO Bomber Rockers and very happy with the way they turned out. I didn't use the items in the second pic. I'm not sure what they are for, and not mentioned in the instructions. Anyone know?

Just guessing, but they look like shims to use if you need them to align properly?

Ahh found it. They are shims. "Shim plate should be installed on top side of all inner seam mounts." I missed that. Thanks.
