https://metrorestyling.com/ sells small samples. You should get actual samples because you can't trust the online images for color correctness. That's what I did trying to find a match to for Gator. I would buy larger samples, they could be used for other projects when you're done with them.

The thing about Sting Gray is its a chameleon color. It changes so much in different lighting. You won't get that same effect with vinyl. So you may wrap your top in a vinyl based on one lighting situation. In another light it may look really off.

Here are a few different pics of my former Grand Cherokee in different light. Looks like completely different colors.

I don't think anybody makes a Gator colored vinyl. I was looking for the color that looked the best, clashed the least. I haven't done anything yet, but the sample second from the left looks the best to me.

It may be cheaper just to buy a hardtop unpainted and have the body shop paint it. BAM has unpainted top listed for 1600.
