Happy 4th of July Weekend everyone!

My wife had been looking at some Sportsters for a while and this weekend it came time to buy. Admittedly I was not prepared and didn’t know if it would fit in the truck or even how to strap it down as I’d never done this before.

A few YouTube videos later and plenty of questions to the sales guys at the Harley dealer and we were on our way! Happy to say if fits and the truck hardly knows it’s back there. We have driven 1 hour with it on and stayed the night with friends and continue our 3 hr return home on Monday.

The wife is happy and I’m excited for her. Plus it looks damn good in the bed of that truck, no??

We bought a bike ramp and parked the truck in a small dip in the parking lot to try and get the ramp as level as possible.

Saw this one also, allows you to ride the bike up. But for something seldom used it would be overkill.
