My plastic front bumper was damaged a while back. I bought a new bumper cap for it (the big outside piece that fits over the inner bumper). Does anyone know where to find instructions on removing/replacing this? I’m hoping you don’t have to take everything off to do it. Help much appreciated!

When I had my '18 JLUR, I disassembled my factory plastic rear bumper to remove the factory wire harness and sensors for the back up sensors and reinstalled them in an aftermarket off-road bumper. I wasn't worried about being gentle with it because I had no intentions of reassembling it.

Step 1: Make your peace with God.
Step 2: Buy a pre-assembled bumper to install versus just replacing the outer cover.

I've never seen so many screws in my life. I truly hope you can do this easily. I still have flashbacks about my experience. Best of luck.
