With talk of it being expensive I thought maybe they would invest in a different front clip or grill. Still could happen but I agree it appears not. I do still think it looks great but hopefully there are other areas where the extra cost is going that we havent heard bout yet.

Yess!! Music to my ears. Between this and the 6,500 lb tow capacity, this will be a properly capable pickup.

Seems like midsize pickup truck sales are currently plateaued after years of gains. Wonder how this will impact Jeep pickup sales, or how it will be impacted by Jeep pickup sales. I'm thinking Jeep Gladiator sales will actually expand the market and sales figures, at least initially. FCA...

Yesss! 6500 lbs towing capacity is a great # to hit! And by no accident it just happens to beat the Tacoma with V6 tow package by 100 lbs :clap::rock:

I don't mind at all if they don't use Wrangler trim level names and prefer they didn't. They're not naming it the Wrangler Pickup so why give it the same trim names. Giving it unique trim level names will also give the pickup its own identity.

Not according to the other leaked CAD. I know someone posted that the "2D" in the file name might mean 2 door but I think it just means 2 dimensional drawing. Anyhow I'm stoked we're getting a convertible pickup. I hope they offer the tan soft top like they are for the JL.

Same here. Can't believe after all these years of begging for one we're finally gonna get it. Assuming we get 2 and 4 door versions which one will you be getting? BTW nice to see we got our own site for the pickup!
