Hey there - just tried this. The Tazer blinks and shows its connected to the car, but the Jeep cant access the menu (from the correct RUN position). So i cant even get the Tazer menu to show up on the Jeep.
thank you! I’ll try these tonight. I did do this before but the jeep didn’t read the Tazer. Like I couldn’t get to the control menu via the radio. Does that make sense?
Also just did the uninstall, restart, and fresh install. Still no luck.
thanks, yeah I’ve done this also! It’s my third “Refurbished Tazer”. Could this be why that it’s a refurbished one?
im also incredibly tech savvy and built several PC’s so i know what im doing. But if it’s Tazer Hardware / Software side there’s nothing I can do.
Thanks, I did this - still doesnt work. And of course, 3 different cables, all ports. I've never had an issue with a COM port... Not sure why the program/software isnt talking to the Device...
Hey everyone -
Really need your help here, I'm on my 3rd JL Tazer Mini. So far, i'm doing everything correct (correct cable etc), but my PC doesn't seem to pick up the Tazer when connected to the software...
The Tazer blinks green etc
Would really apprecaite any help from anyone..
thanks, yeah I just want to do what’s best for my jeep and what I think will look good also.
there’s so many options and ways to go about it, I’m getting a bit overwhelmed.
got it thanks, I thought a 1” puck in front would work with that 2” mopar lift?
Thoughts on this set up instead? 2.5” RC spacer in front and 3/4” spacer in rear with some added Lower control arms and an adjustable track bar? Or is that not needed?
Thanks
I have a good offer on a used 2” Mopar lift I’m planning to grab, just worried it’ll be too much for only going with 35s, but hard to tell from pics only
