If you plan on going off road, the RSE steps are really the only good option. Other than that, these steps look like a really affordable option.

As long as you don't plan to go off road, they look like a decent option. You absolutely could use an aux switch to power the steps. I like the use of the magnet sensors like the Rock Slide steps for the doors instead of Amp's way of hacking the factory wiring.

My Gladiator rides so much better than my JK ever did. IMHO, the my Gladiator rides just as good as my Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and that rides really nice.

What was the estimate to fix it? My son played chicken with a deer a week ago with the WK2. Initial estimate was about $2500 but I expect a supplimental being submitted.

It's a direct copy so, yes, it can be installed without the ends. A Plus is it usually has the winch plate built into it. Mine came with the short bull bar too. It came in at less than $500.
