Not that this matters yet, but you really need 70% of stated range to make it somewhere to trust it fully. You'll always get more than 70% of the stated range, but unless you're leaving home with 100% charge and heading straight to the destination you're not starting with 300, either.
I went...
Haha, it is for me!
Seriously though, the Tesla is the best car in the world around town in my opinion.
It's not that quiet and doesn't ride that great, though, both of which are avoidable problems at the design and engineering levels.
It's also severely compromised on road trips. They're...
Tom it is.
Man I'm looking forward to being back in a Jeep. I had a '12 JKU. Sold it to drop a car payment when I started my business. Bought a cheap but nice car for cash.
Then bought a Tesla later, which is kind of a hilarious trade to make on a Gladiator Mojave. Jeep people are better...
I'm picking up my Sarge Green Mojave this week but Gobi is also great. Sting Gray looks great but it's everywhere.
Something about Sarge with the orange Mojave accents looks amazing in person, though.
My Gladiator has the Gorilla Glass windshield, but I don't know how much that matters. I got it 5% below invoice off the dealer lot so I don't really care, but that should help with the windshield in theory. That or just cost them more to fix it, whichever.
I'm finishing my purchase this week and wanted thoughts from others on extended warranty options and whether they're worth it on a Gladiator. I typically don't buy them on anything, but the two I've had on cars have paid for themselves several times over (oddly, when I haven't bought one the car...
That's the way I read it, but it sounded too good to be true. I guess I need to read the entire thread and start calling dealers...it's a pain to buy from far away but it's worth that kind of money!
Any additional advice is welcome. I'm in central Texas and have a trade in, which is the worst...
Man, I've wanted Gobi since they announced the original Gladiator...then I talked myself out of buying one. Now I'm buying a Gladiator but I REALLY want Gobi. I can't wait forever, though.
I'm in the process of buying a Gladiator (waiting on my control number!) and had a question about your post. 7% or 6% under what number? MSRP? Do they not just do the 1% under invoice number?
