I'm picking up my Sarge Green Mojave this week but Gobi is also great. Sting Gray looks great but it's everywhere. Something about Sarge with the orange Mojave accents looks amazing in person, though.

My Gladiator has the Gorilla Glass windshield, but I don't know how much that matters. I got it 5% below invoice off the dealer lot so I don't really care, but that should help with the windshield in theory. That or just cost them more to fix it, whichever.
