they don’t stock much extra for the assemble line so they will be able to blow through the existing parts with those existing orders. Once there done with those parts they’ll most likely cancel the orders. At the same time parts manufacturing is affected by the strike as well so another reason...
nah I don’t think anything thought this would be a short strike. I’m curious what the rest of the inventory is like. The strike isn’t being held up by gladiator inventory that’s for sure.
I guess in the end I’m really curious to see if jeeps going to pass these increased costs to the consumer. I think we al know the answer here but I’m hoping they do the right thing.
You left out the following two responses.
I’d love one, but I know Jeep will let me down and not release it.

Nope, I’m gonna laugh at everyone who gets all excited only to be disappointed when Jeep doesn’t release it.
Completely agree.
and yes the Tesla experience for buying a car is awesome. No haggling, no back and forth. You order it as you want, get a date, and then go pick it up.
I would have loved to be in the room when the idea of power seats was brought up.
Inline 6 —- nah

Napa leather - oh your on to something. Those off roaders will love it!
Power seats —— that’s it! Your a genius!
yep, gladiators and wranglers still not in production. Just a glimmer of hope that they are working stuff out. Although they did the same with ford last week. Maybe gm will be next week.
Just heard the strike is not expanding with Stellantis, only GM and Ford this time.
Hopefully there close to working something out.
Or it could just be another tactic to pressure ford and Gm to thinking Stellantis is going to cave.
agree. Don’t understand how they can release it, seek it, and not price it. I’ll pull he trigger once the pricing is released and the strikes over. Hoping I should get it by spring.
