Im wondering about reliabilty.
You can biist up an engine for more HP but for how long.
Im assuming it will need premium gas so there goes any savings.
Not for me but im happy with my 3 6.
Thanks, I went online but only saw the KO2 as C load. I will have to check with my local tire guy.
I would like to keep a smooth ride as possable since I only do light off road.
I have Firestone AT2 255/75/17 which are a C load. Looking at 285/70/17 Firestine XT or BFG K03 which are E load.
Should I expect a drastic change going to an E load.
I do 95% on road daily driver.
There is also 2 outputs under the passanger for power. I think 10 or 15 amps one full time on and the other while running.
Used it for a 2nd 12v out let in the back.
UPDATE - did a little more investigation with a tip from JENSTER (wd 40 nozzle on wheel) and the rear passanger wheel was off a bit.
Went to pull the wheel off and 2 nuts (beside each other) were very loose.
The other 3 very over tight.
Loosened and torqued all wheel nuts.
Seems ok now.
So I...
Had a decent vibration at hiway speed. Only mod ive done is the 3/4 inch daystar lift back in July, had a jeep shop put it in. I dont get on the hiway much so not sure if thats when it started. Had the tires balanced and it has improved but still a small vibration.
I can feel it in the seat...
2023 Gladiator 35k km and no issues.
Forums are full of great info but dont worry about everything you read.
Most will not have issues but good to know what to look for.
I put in the Sumo Spings (blue) in the rear that replace the rear bump stops.
Work well to help with load squat.
I also did 3/4 inch daystar lift front and bsck for a bit more lift.
