In preparation for the GDE tune, I decided to examine the EGR tube to see it's current condition, clean it, then compare it again post GDE tune at some point in the future.
The current condition definitely surprised me a bit. I can't imagine how bad it'll get at 100k miles if the engine does...
I finally got around to cloning my PCM after sitting on it for a month and am glad to report that it went perfectly on 1st try.
Nobody warned me the hardest part of this process was taking the stock PCM out. I probably spent 45 minutes working to remove that bottom 10mm nut. What a royal PITA...
