Mine was a Clayton trackbar with a Clayton steering stabilizer relocation bracket and their supplied bolt.
I emailed them the day it happened with no response. I wasn't complaining just curious what went wrong and if they had seen it before. This is my second Clayton suspension and I would buy...
Thanks for that rundown, I felt like the the trail grapplers were more of a low hum also. That's better for me. I was looking at the XLTs but they are very mild. I need to look at the MT A/Ts did they run small?
That was my guess also. I literally put the bolt in then tried to remove it. You could see it move freely enough in the bracket holes but not in the bushing.

I have a few week old Clayton track bar and just installed a Clayton steering stabilizer relocation bracket. I put the new bolt in to mark for drilling the required hole. When removing it the same thing happened, flag nut came...
I did exactly that. I sold my JTR and bought a 2.0T Wrangler. I tried to like it but it didn't compare to the functionality of the Gladiator for me. It cost me a good bit of money but I am back in a JTR.

I am blaming it on the ground cable not being tight enough unless...
Can someone check theirs and see if this is normal? Cool engie, fuse box cover off, start engine, hand on relays, pretty warm, not hot.
I installed a winch then a Tazer mini JL. When I started it, it ran normal for a second then died. The relays were getting really warm and I disconnected the...
