The knob appears to be loose or not secured well and sits and rattles as I drive. It didn't start like that. Slowly became a nuisance over the past 4-5 months. it looks like there's a sleeve between the button and handle. I guess I'll try to figure something out.
thanks
The parking brake "push button" has developed a rattle. Sits there and vibrates (rattles) as I'm driving. Noise bounces off the windows making it sound like the door panels are rattling.
is there an easy fix?
Thank you!
Sure is... I caught the GM dealer charging me for stuff they didn't do. Then the valet wrecked my van to boot. $2,100 damage.
I raised hell...
Its getting real bad out there...
I've changed mine 5 times in progressive intervals since April. At operating temps I pull the filler cap off and pull the stick out a few inches and then the oil pan plug.
Invest in a better oil drain catch can. I have two of these and love them...
Yeah... mine has about 2,000. I'm perplexed with an 11.7 AVG. It moved up a bit this past weekend to 12.7. Got a little freeway driving in. I hope after 5,000 miles it gets better.
What is Average MPG?

my mistake... those were the factory 4.56 gears. I corrected my post.
I was most impressed with the acceleration and cruise speed + RPMs. huge improvement from my JK with the NAG1. Now that I pulled the trigger on my 2025 Mojave X I will leave it alone.
👍
I test drove a 2024 Rubicon X with the Extreme 35" option. 8-speed with 4.56s were perfect. At 40mph the RPMs were around 400 RPM lower than my JKUR10A with 4.10s and NAG1 5-speed.
So If I go to 35s on my 2025 Mojave X it will get 4.88s...
👍
I have a NP242 select-trac with a trac-loc rear diff in my 1991 Cherokee Laredo. Best damn 4WD system I've owned. It doesn't have all the electronic gizmos these new Jeeps have today.
No ABS or traction control to worry about...
I still own that Cherokee... going on 34 years.
😉
@Hootbro
Thanks for the tip! Perfect in every way. Paid $407.66.
I suggest those that want to purchase one search best price on the internet.
This one will remain in storage for future value proposition. It will go with my 2025 Mojave X per the option that was pulled at the last minute---with...
