I'd be surprised if any of the major auto manufacturers have their assembly process setup to where customers can order a 100% custom vehicle when it comes to being able to choose from all options.

May need a soft-start, but if your 3x100Ah batteries are lithium (and taking a WAG that your AC load would be about 1200w), your current setup should be able to run it for about 2.7 hours. Little longer if solar panels are adding watts to the system while the AC is running. Super rough math...

The knob replaces the 12v outlet and the box goes behind some trim. I’d def read the review threads on it if interested, it gets mixed reviews.

That happened on my JKUR. IIRC, moving the remaining bolt to where the missing bolt was stopped the caliber from rotating when I hit the break which got me home.
