I'm going to wait to see what the JL refresh looks like and then make the decision on whether to wait for the JT refresh.
I bought my JKUR in 2010, the year before the big interior refresh. I'd prefer not to be in that cycle when I jump over to a JT, but it's not a dealbreaker.
I'm more...
I'd be surprised if any of the major auto manufacturers have their assembly process setup to where customers can order a 100% custom vehicle when it comes to being able to choose from all options.
May need a soft-start, but if your 3x100Ah batteries are lithium (and taking a WAG that your AC load would be about 1200w), your current setup should be able to run it for about 2.7 hours. Little longer if solar panels are adding watts to the system while the AC is running.
Super rough math...
That's what I've always heard too, but after reading this JL owner's writeup of re-gens, as someone who primarily does short trips around town between big road trips every month or so, how it actually works won't be a problem for me...
This guy had a dealership tell him his Gladiator's warranty was voided for getting his Jeep wet. He had his JT towed to another dealership and they repaired it under warranty.

Ha.
One of my very first dumb "stucks" was resolved when an attractive female friend told me to walk away for a bit so she could pretend that my stuck Jeep was hers.
Whereas I was getting no help from passing vehicles, the first one that came along when the Jeep looked like hers stopped and...
Was wondering what your JKU build was and how you think it compares to your awesome JT build.
I have a 2010 JKUR with 37s + AEV 4.5" and am looking to get a JT sooner than later.
Thanks!
x2 here. Reached out yesterday, got a prompt reply, now just need to figure out which plan.
I don't have my JT yet. I'm interested in a diesel but have my eye on the overheating threads. Need to take a guess at which parts may have problems and see if Added Care Plus covers them. Maximum...
That happened on my JKUR. IIRC, moving the remaining bolt to where the missing bolt was stopped the caliber from rotating when I hit the break which got me home.
