I had 37's on my Rubi suspension and MetalCloak fenders for about a week before I installed my lift and I think it looked awful. 37's are way too big without a lift IMO
Very little problems with my 37's on stock 4.10 gears with MT...I do have a Pulsar tuner though and am driving in the Tow tune vs the economy tune. I actually like 4th gear now better with the 37's than I did with my 35's...I will re-gear at some point but will go 4.56
I just bought my second set of Pat's...first set had 32,000 miles on them almost with close to half tread left...sold them only to go to 37's, but point is taken about a tough tire, but I did not like the ride at all...the Pat's are very smooth, quiet and grippy. I personally have not seen a...
There is a difference between tuners and programmer...tuners change the tune of the engine. Programmers change the programming of features and such like fog lights on/off with high beams, tire size, TPMS settings, etc....Tazer is a programmer, not a tuner. As far as I know, Edge/Superchips are...
I second this...no offense to the Falken owners, but I HATED the stock Falken MTs...the 33" Falkens on stock rims weighed more than my 35" Patagonia MTs on my Procomp wheels. Tire and wheel weight make a huge difference and translate to "HP" gains without increasing actual power.
Unfortunately these kinds of questions will be answered by people with differing opinions, different builds, different driving styles and conditions...everyone's mpg's are going to be different based on the above variables. I ran 35's on my Rubicon without a lift for 32,000 miles with a Pulsar...
I actually took pictures but they are on my phone and I don't recall exactly. But that definitely means the solar generator will be a dedicated power source for the CPAP only and nothing else during the night unless I chose to trade off...still don't plan on using a fridge yet. Going to see...
So I finally used my EcoFlow solar generator the other night to power my CPAP to test it. It lasted 6.5 hours. I had the CPAP set as always, full heat and full dehumidifier. My CPAP is actually DC powered but like most small appliances uses an AC to DC converter pack when plugged into the...
MC's 3.5 only gives about 1.5" in the rear and unfortunately loses the factory rake which I wanted to keep for towing and overlanding weight. Clayton claims that their advertised heights are dead on.
Didn't wait long enough to test them in the snow, but hated them on the road. They were awful in my opinion and I love the Patagonia MTs I replaced them with and they work well in the snow.
The kit I installed is just adjustable upper control arms...I have caster pretty well set already. Just need to center the steering wheel and set the toe. I have never done it, but thinking about watching some YouTube and seeing if I can get it close over the weekend. But I did find a local...
Not really. I have about 30,000 miles with my Pulsar. You'll notice throttle response and some increases in the low end but not really anything substantial. I have a MT and just put 37's on with stock 4.10 gears. Tow tune is drivable. Performance tune felt almost the same as when I was on...
I just installed a MC 3.5” True Dual rate lift kit and had 37” Patagonia mounted a week prior. Took it to Firestone for an alignment and they wouldn’t do it because it is too wide for their rack. Firestone did my alignment years ago on my JKR with same lift and 35’s and same wheels. Anyone...
