    With the level you can fit the 295/70R17 without a spacer. It only places it at 11.6" anything wider than that you will have rub.

    Did you down size your tires? I thought the Willy's came with 285/70/17 stock like Rubicons. The largest thing that you need to do is to change the tire size in the computer. This effects your shift point. Guys go up to 37s on Rubicons all of the time without regearing right away.

    You need to look at the fender lights, and maybe have someone behind the wheel and put it in gear to tell. I have a Sport S, so I am not 100% sure on the Sport but I think it depends on the lights.

    What do you mean you don't have DRLs? To install those turn signals you will have to remove the fender liner and run the wiring to the harness.
