Cheaper but you have to drill the holes to attach the track.
Cheaper still...
Borrowing money you can afford to pay back can be part of a good financial plan. But the math changed for home ownership in the last few years. One huge change is most cannot deduct the interest on their taxes. Technically you can but the standard deduction is so huge that most will not see a...
My 2ct: hybrid solutions seem overcomplicated. A combustion engine is complicated enough. Then add on an electric motor that works with the ICE? Not for me.
I would however be interested in an all electric truck (I'm looking at you cybertruck).
That is a cool option! I didn't realize the tazer could do that. I find the rear camera buggy. I can always turn it on from controls->rear view camera. But the dedicated button doesn't always work. Odd.
I wasnt saying your number is "wrong". Just that it isn't easy to compare with other users numbers unless they are calculating the same way. You know: your milage may vary.
As for the WRX: unmodified they are quite reliable. But it is rare to find an unmodified one!
At least on my vehicles the computers always overestimate mpg. And the % off is consistent between fill ups. Not sure why.
As for odometer accuracy: comparing speedo to gps speed is the easiest method. Can also compare gps distance traveled to the odometer distance.
My WRX is direct injected. Fuel delivery doesn't get much more accurate. And yet the mpg it calculates is usually off by at least 10%.
I don't have many fill ups yet with the Jeep but every time I compared the computer to calculated by hand the jeep has been off by more than 10%. I don't...
Onw note on mpg: we should be clear if the number is hand calculated or what the computer says. I have yet to own a car where the computer mpg matches dividing number of miles driven/gallons added. Another variable: the number of miles driven is dependent on what the computer thinks the diameter...
Test towed my 22' boat today with my max tow max tow. 4k dry plus 1.4k trailer.
First impressions: suspension and brakes are up to the task! Gearing is also adequate making starting the load feel easy.
Only negative is high speed/uphill. The motor has to wind way up to keep her going.
My last...
Added an impact mat by bedrug:
I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. The velcro didn't exactly line up to the sheet metal of the bed or the tailgate. It also doesn't lay perfectly flat. But it definitely has memory from being rolled up in the box. I am hoping it relaxes some after time.
