I love manuals too. My WRX is a manual. But I am glad I bought the automatic on the gladiator. The 8 speed is a great transmission. And without it the towing capacity is crap. Sport S max tow here.

Up to 1200$ for Mojave with tpms and low miles. Located in Apex NC. But will drive for a deal.

I tow a 2014 Axis A22. 4.5klb plus 1.5k trailer. This is with gas max tow. Brakes are good. Suspension can handle it. getting the load rolling is easy with 4.10 gears. Only minor complaint is acceleration. But I don’t feel the need to pass people when towing so works for me.

Check out the vids @sdk131 posted. The ifs doesn't seem to hold it back!

I wouldn't trade my gladiator either. But I need a bed and to be able to tow 7k lbs. I was just impressed with the package. Jeep has been alone in the wrangler segment for awhile. I think this will get interesting.

Just watched the above video and the black diamond package looks pretty great. No competition for the gladiator as it isn’t a truck. But the bronco is quite compelling vs wrangler imho.

I'm waiting patiently for this same deal to pop up closer to me. I thought TN isnt that far from NC/Raleigh. Then mapped it. 9 hrs :(. Good luck with your sale!

The consumer headsets/headphones I have arbitrarily cancel all external noises. My wife hates it when I wear them :).

I may be in the minority but I think driving with active noise cancelation is dangerous. It is important to be able to hear sirens and horns. Good noise cancelation works too good.

That's the best way to lose a Jeep. When I read the thread title I was afraid it was an accident :)
