So I got a $150 gift card for Amazon and can't really decide what to buy. I was thinking of some LED fogs but I'm leaning more towards practical then cosmetic. I'd like to do some light off-roading with my family. Basically, light trails. Nothing serious or rock crawling. This is my daily driver...
I just finished my install of my Oracle Led headlights. My JT did not have stock LED lights. I tested everything and it all works with no errors. I do have a Tazer Mini. What exactly does turning the LED headlights on through the Tazer do? I’m just curious if I really need to do it. Thanks
So I just want to make sure I understand this correctly when I go to the dealer.
1. Unmarry the Tazer and remove.
2. Plug the factory plugs back into factory module.
At this point my truck is back to everything factory setting.
So after I return from the dealer can I just plug the Tazer back...
So I just installed the Mopar Aux switches. My first addition is these Rough Country cube lights.
I feel that using the 15amp fused circuit should be plenty. My only concern is the relay that comes with the lights (which will be cut out) says 40 amp.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
I do have the Tazer...which I guess I need to Unmarry and remove prior to taking it to the dealer. I think I'm leaning taking it after hearing about these ESS code issues. Thanks
So I purchased the Mopar Aux Switches through Quadratec and have everything into the kickpanel. But I can't for the life of me get the orange #13 pin removed from the factory plug. I felt like I was destroying the plug. In an effort to calm down I paused the install from there and put everything...
I know nothing about the hot keys but the license lights should be automatic. It kicked my ass for awhile and gave up and then realized that night they were off when in reverse.
So I have a Sport S with Max Tow and do occasionally tow to the limit with my camper.
I'd like to add a front steel bumper and winch. Probably this one....Fishbone Bumper
My concern is cooling while towing. Will a winch obstruct the airflow through the grill too much? This bumper appears to...
So I’m looking at buying a new rear bumper. I’m liking the Fishbone Off-road Mako.
Any pros/cons from anyone with it?
Also, Quadratec lists it at 69lbs. That got me thinking about the stock plastic bumper. What does that weigh?
Thanks
I’ve looked all through the back and can’t find any usb chargers back there. I was under the impression not all models have that. Is that true?
And I’d rather not have wires running all over the place. I guess I’m looking for a little more permanent.
I don’t have any 12v power in the back for the kids so I was thinking about adding a small inverter. Nothing crazy big. Just enough to charge phones and maybe a laptop or Nintendo switch. Has anyone done this? Should I have a switch inline to turn it off? Please post pics if you have. Thanks!
