When I was shopping used BMW’s most were off lease vehicles and most all Of them had zero maintenance done on the Carfax report. I suspect most leeeses are not bothering with it figuring it isn’t their car.
I think in MA it's code for new houses to have 400 amp service. Supposedly to future proof them for ev chargers. Not sure if that's true though.
