Just tried this............popped my mirror out of the socket and had one heck of a time putting it back together. Had to disassemble the entire thing. But it's flipped now!
Just turn the stem towards the driver's side and it will pop out. You can then easily flip the mirror and reinstall...
$2200 here in Charleston, WV. That included Dana gears, diff covers, and installing my Mopar lift.
I have 35s, six speed manual and 4:88 gears now. I really like the way it drives.
I will have 37s in the near future, if I can figure out how to fit the spare tire in the current spot.
4.88s, 35s and the six speed manual here. Couldn't be happier. Drives great and the MPG actually improved if I keep it under 70 MPH. Will eventually be going to 37s, and I'm not worried about power loss at all.
So would the Centerforce Clutch solve this issue (for the most part)?
I think 1st gear is waaaaay too short in mine, but I enjoy the 6 speed otherwise.
Added a Pedal Commander and it has helped some. I also have the AFE RockBasher exhaust but haven't installed it yet.
I'm eventually going...
I'm actually considering putting a hitch receiver on the front and using a cradle winch.
That would mean just keeping the factory bumper.
Ran into a fellow Gladiator owner this weekend and was looking at his setup.......I liked it.
Here is a skid plate from DV8 that looks like it would work.

I also think you could use a majority of the ones from Quadratec, such as this...

I am liking the looks and flexibility of this bumper, but it gets awful reviews for fit and finish.
Anyone have experience with DV8 products?
I am hoping to retain my factory...
