I’m running 37’s as well but have 4.10’s. Highway gas mileage is greatly improved by manually shifting through the upper gears. The JT seems to want to stay in 6th or 7th gear too much when 8th is definitely a viable cruising gear.

Did you ever end up purchasing crossbars? I just bought a ARE cap w the pre-mounted rails and wondering what brand fits the channels the best? Or, does anyone know if those types of channels are universal. ARE promotes the Yakima crossbars but doesn't say much about the mounting towers.

This looks like an awesome build! I've always wondered if a cap from another truck might fit well enough to be used on my JT for the 2-3 times a year I really need one. Since the roll up bed cover from other trucks (Ranger/Canyon maybe???) fit, I wonder if they might fit well enough on a JT.

If your wheels aren't hub-centric, the service techs may have just used the lug nuts via air gun to center each stud in its respective hole, then gone back around to tighten everything up when all lug nuts were on. Bad way to do it (from my own stupidity). Now I hand tighten each lug and lift...

Just a bit of added info….After 2k miles on my RC 3.5 coil lift I put on the geo brackets and am amazed by the difference. The front wheels pushed forward just about 1.25” but it make a tremendous difference in how the JT soaks up the bumps in the road

See if you can look down in the corners inside the tailgate body. That’s where mine was. I used a pair of long needle nose pliers and went in through the backup camera panel. You can also remove the tailgate entirely and turn it upside down and maybe shake it loose
