I was trying to get kayaks on my bed rack and one of the plastic fixtures was stronger than my canvas. Didn’t realize as I was pushing it from the back the soft top was higher than my bed rack…
I’m heartbroken.
gorilla tape is on order until I can afford a replacement…
I guess at this rate, maybe I can just make something out of unistrut that goes on the A frame over the propane tank. Only issue then is I need longer propane hoses for my griddle.
Oh man, that's about the ticket. too bad it's not a little bit stronger.
Probably worth the risk with the amount that I've been pulling out my hair...
Ugh the delivery is too late for comfort.
I'll look for similar options.
Thanks!
@Jobofly have a link for the rear tire strap?
I have the front fork adapter that was posted by @Camaroboi13 but the rear tire strap they sell had reviews that said the velcro sucked.
I'm trying to do this but up on my bed rack with some extra work.
The bikes I got are long as well. I'm prepared for them to hang over the bed rack, but It'd be nice to find one that supports a longer bike too.
82" probably with the tire installed.
Edit: 35lb max weight. Need to find one that can support around 70lbs.
Maybe two of these would do:

So apologies if anybody saw my brain wracking on the Gladiator Camping FB group, but figured I'd check...

(my current favorite but concerned about the aluminum aspect and they claim it does not fit rubicon?)
I really like that last one, thanks for the research.
Softopper to protect, wish I had a hard cap with a gas strut hinge for the back window. Wooden deck with drawers that I've been putzing with. I think I want to replace them with 8020 extruded aluminum stuff one day when I'm rich... never... I don't like any of the commercially available options...
My Jeep's fit and finish is much better than my wife's Subaru. Never been more disappointed with a rattle bucket before. They must have the good stuff over in Japan. I tried to have Microsoft Co-Pilot create an image of Snoop Dogg or a fake Snoop in a Japanese art style but it won't do specific...
