So here’s the fuel cell info I had found. Evo makes a cradle for a JeepSpeed fuel cell https://evomfg.com/products/jeep-gladiator-jeepspeed-fuel-cell-cradle-mount that holds this fuel cell https://www.jazproducts.com/store/jeepspeed. Looks like it could be a good option for an extra 32 gallons...
Me also. I’ve been looking at various fuel cells a little but think I need to get serious about it. I’m sure there’s something that will fit.
I did see a custom fuel cell mount. I’ll dig around and find the link. If I remember correctly it was close to $1000 without the fuel cell which was...
Nobo 10.5 behind our 2020 JTR and then behind our JTRD until a month ago.

The Teraflex Forged ST Swaybar allows the spare tire. I used it on my previous JTR.

when I first got my gladiator I used the Rough Country 2.5 leveling kit which includes shock extensions. Just don’t install the bump stops that are included.
You will only get further away from the oil pan as you go up. No worries about making contact unless you were to cut the the metal bump stop perches to shorten them.
No need to install bump stop extensions on the diesel since it already has longer bump stops. Best practice is to cycle/flex the suspension and add only enough bump stop to prevent contact. Most “lift kits” come with way more bump stop than is needed, most likely to protect the manufacturer from...
I’ve had both, Arcus w/Overridder on my JTR and HD Stubby w/Striker on my JTRD.
I liked both.
Weight is close to the same, Extreme Terrain claims
Arcus 75lb
HD 65lb
Amazon claims
Arcus w/overrider 85lb
HD 45lb X-Strker 14lb
The winch mount is a little lower on the Arcus
Installation was much...
Good shocks make a world of difference. I have the Mopar springs from the 2” lift for the diesel and Falcon SP2 2.1 shocks on the soft ride setting and am very happy with it. I had the same setup on my 2020 3.6 gladiator, worked great then so I did the same on my JTRD. The stock rubicon Fox...
The diesel has longer bumpstops to stop the front axle from colliding the oil pan at full compression. At stock height there’s very little up travel. A 1 1/2” coil spacer will get you more room and level at the same time. I think you’ll be amazed at how much that will change the ride quality...
So I’m not the only one who does his builds in costly steps of “only this much and I’ll be happy with it”? I’m on my 6th jeep build and every one the same way. I’ve been eyeballing the bed replacement since it came out.
The roof rack is the Bestop Granite Series for JT or JL 2door. I was fortunate to get it for $192 when they had a 60% off sale promotion last month. I also got the one for the JL 4door to put on top of my bed rack at the same level as the roof rack, just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Mine are the 40x13.50, with the 0 offset it looks like I’d be right at the edge of the XR extension. I’m running Mopar 2” springs with 1.5 spacers for about 3 1/2” lift.
Here’s a few pictures of the +30 wheels with a 1.5” wheel spacer which would = about -8 offset. I was playing around with...
