I would lemon law this. The longer you wait the more they are going to try and get out of this. I would push now as much as you can.

The first thing I would do is notify the dealer that they are in the hook for this. An attorney worth his salt would have a field day with this case. They will then cover all your mods plus time away from work to deal with issue etc.

Got the jeep back today. Battery and fuse strips replaced. I am glad it was a quick and easy fix.

I would push the dealer and manufacture to apply lemon law. Here is South Carolina they have choice to replace or refund but they have to do something at this point.

I agree nothing is perfect. I have had 7jeeps, Cadillacs, Toyota, land rovers, Nissans, Chryslers , and Porsches all have had issues in first 3 years some more than others but nothing has broken down at 1k. Am I disappointed yes. Am I never going to buy a Jeep again or sell this Jeep. No way...

I was thinking it was a start stop issue. As the issue arose after I was stopped at a light. Everything was functioning normally (or supposedly) prior to issue.

So after 3.5 weeks I was sitting at the light today and the Jeep just shut off and stated power steering service needed. Turned the Jeep off and it would not restarted. Hopefully this is not a major issue but certainly disappointing.
