I went with the smooth SE diamondback cover. Since my payload is just over 1000 lbs I Wanted to keep the weight down as much as I could. The SE is lighter, and I couldn’t put much more than 400lbs up there anyway By the time I loaded up .

Put on diamondback bed cover. Sealed and waxed. Also put in headliner. This was over the last week.

I guess I go with one a little more expensive. It will be bouncing around in the bed. I just put on the diamondback cover so I’ll be limited to size as I don’t want to put it in the bed. Looks like I only have a little over 17” of space. Probably means I’m looking at something under 40 quarts.

I’m avg 18 on my stock Mojave. I still have less than a 1000 miles on and mostly in town driving. Hopefully it will get a little better, but even on the highway I don’t see 25 mpg. and my fenders are not painted.

I’ve got a diamondback cover ordered. I’m assuming that if I get the Gazelle T8 I’ll have to strap it to the top of the cover. How long is the T4? Will it fit in the bed?

I took a look at the gazelle tents. I wonder how the T-8 would work out. If we stayed at one camp for a few days I wonder if the extra room would come in handy. if it were just me id go for a small tent, but the wife would like plenty of room.
