We have a 13 JKU & 20 JTR (had a 16 JKU, but sold it right after picking up the JTR) and a red headed step child in the garage - 2023 heavily modified Ford Bronco pavement queen (will never see off-road, but has seen a few mud puddles).

Well, I cleaned up Big Red Friday - top to bottom, but not as well as your clean up. To be truthful I cleaned up the Gladiator, Wrangler and the red headed step child in the family - 2023 Bronco (wife went to the darkside).
Get out and enjoy the JTR, add a few mods and enjoy it. I had concerns myself, but I do enjoy mine.

I understand your feelings. I've been in the jeep family for the past 14 years and only had my Gladiator for 8 months, but I do look back and have a stupid smile on my face. I did this with my last Wrangler (loved it) and hopefully will continue to do with for years to come.
My four granddaughter's (3, 6, 9 & 11) love ducking other jeeps. We have actually gone out just to duck "The Jeeps". Now when I'm by myself I will duck jeeps, but just recently ran out of them. We have 3 jeeps in the family (or I should say had 3 jeeps), so the other two have bags of ducks...
