500 HP on the JK. Probably the same on the JL but now you have an 8 speed tranny to pair with that HP.

The V8 swap when all said and done runs $20K minimum. This is the limiting factor for most people. I thought about it in one of my JKs but couldn't justify a 20K hit just for fun.

I am hoping the JL bumpers fit the Gladiator. My plan is to go with an aftermarket stubby bumper with bull bar.
