I had one replaced on a Grand Cherokee with the same warning. It's tied to the camera in the mirror used for collision avoidance. I had zero issues and never took it to dealer. It was a Safelite install.

I found out yesterday that there is a separate volume adjustment for Android auto voice. Turn up volume when the assistant is speaking and it shows up with a red triangle and the volume control. I'm sure I'd have known if I had RTFM.

I go to Crystal Beach all the time and I've never seen anyone get a seatbelt violation. The tickets are usually MIP, drunk and disorderly etc. The cops there are really good and put up with a lot of nonsense all the time. This event is a known problem is an otherwise great area for families...
Did that solve your problem? I have the same issue and it also happens with the Google Assistant and when trying to play SMS messages. SUper annoying. I had this issue for a while on another vehicle and a software update fixed it.
