We ran dedicated snows and 300lbs of tube sand in the bed, which helped a ton. That said I'd typically take my wife's snow equipped CX-9 if both were sitting around. I didn't have select-trac though.
Have you tried Por15? Eastwood's encapsulator is gimmicky, not surprised you've swore it off. Any pics of actual Por15 cracking? I've never heard of this and I've been using it for nearly 20 years. It's a converter. I've heard plenty of complaints about encapsulator though.
I had a skycamp RTT on a full rack while my brother has a half rack with the mini. We outgrew the large skycamp (fitting 4 and we pack light, kids are 8 & 6). My brothers was good for he and his dog or wife but not all 3. With a half rack the bed becomes hard to access. Heck it can be annoying...
Cascadia 85w hood panel on ours with the auto-trickle (and 12v out) controller they include in the system. Had it (still on the truck) for nearly 2 years and never once had an issue with it. In our case when not trickle charging the truck battery it was constantly charging our EcoFlow delta...
A nice alternative is to pick up a 360 wand, the same used by folks treating frames and body panels with undercoat. First time I saw one in use I grabbed one on prime. It was only $30 or so. They also have a rolling spray head with a array of nozzles that all shoot directly upward so you can...
Resi run seems excessively long with an odd placement. I’d loop them and tuck them higher up and closer to the shock. Plenty of shock affixed resi mounts exist to do just that. For sure that hose would get yanked off on even a mild yet unmanaged/brushy/deadfall trail. If you don’t move it, try...
Good luck man! Looking to do something similar down the line, maybe a year or so out. Love the rams, had a classic and loved the simplicity and instant torque of the 5.7. Such a timeless design too, sharp trucks.
Nada, I ended up selling the truck. The secondary PCM stays put without anything though, I believe the hood liner prevents it from bouncing or sliding without suffocating it. I popped the hood a few times to put my hands on both PCMs when warmed up to see if the tuned one lying on top was ever...
Does Q still sell stuff? I thought they just ship quarterly catalogs meant to remind folks to circle back with Northridge. Forum has to turn a profit for sure though and you'd be surprised by how quickly fees run up on an resource intensive legacy stack based forum. Hah, ironic that I get a...
Get your order in if you can. I sold my EcoD weeks ago and I still have folks following up at full asking price to see if the seller backed out. Or as @iree75 mentioned, grab a higher mile 3.6 Rubi for mid 30's (vast quantities exist on the market) and send it straight out for he hemi swap and...
Exact same thing happened to me. Same wheel speed sensor. It’s somewhat common unfortunately. Easy fix though as mentioned above although I left the stock zip tie in place and added another a few inches down to better pin it. That was a few dozen k miles ago.
I had read a post on the 1500 EcoD forum about a member with a similar experience around this code. For them a fuel filter change cleared it up. Maybe change it the. Run HS extreme treatment to clear the injectors. Not the regular EDT, they make a fuel component cleaner. Might be worth a shot.
The Glady is quite literally the neatest pickup truck on earth. It's timeless. That said, it continues to increase the speed at which it isolates itself from the stable of options which the average mid-size truck buyer considers. Not sure if anyone cares about that, when it comes time for our...
It’s such a timeless design coupled with immense capability but you pay for it. I think the new norm will be more folks will simply choose not to pay for it who may have a handful of years ago. The Glady price point isn’t even that bad, it’s worth it, but right now you can get a loaded Colorado...
Around 1,900 including the second PCM (not mandatory but convenient) full exhaust with the resonator (optional) tranny and PCM flash along with the dongle.
The exhaust, in my opinion, is worth that alone. Very high quality and fantastic welds.
Yeah EOC. Essentially:
1. Procure and clone a PCM, Jeep will do this for you: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/ecu-pcm-clone-process-pricing.67939/
2. Contact Chris @ EOC. Go stage 2, T&S will fab up some magic...
