This is an old thread, but I think it proves a point. Jeep has no desire to capture entry level buyers. The purchase and service experience is debatable at best, but the price point and market share that Jeep is trying to capture is high end and going higher. They have figured out that they can...
If it’s fake, you’ve gotta give him credit for going all in.
I watched as much of this as I could stand. Basically, it was a real video, and what he said is how he feels. However, some of the guys in the Jeep group went back through their dash videos and found his license plate, and it...
This must be it. I’ve had one Jeep or another for 20 years now, and it is by far the best cross section of enthusiasts you will ever meet. This guy will never get to be a part of that community, because he has already judged us all.
I understand this isn’t new, but I had to share. More than anything, I feel bad for this guy who will never understand. This has some pretty strong language, so have the kids put their earmuffs on.

I just went through this myself. There are probably a dozen Jeep dealerships closer to me than the one I bought from, but they all had $1500-$2000 in addendums not shown in any advertised price. As was said earlier, the only way to stop this is to buy from dealerships that don't use deception...
I've got no problem with someone buying and using whatever technology they feel is useful. Pushing it on others, especially when unwilling to pay for it themselves, is what I find egregious.
So, it only saves lives if it's available in color you want? The reason vehicles are so expensive is because of all the requirements someone thought up. We've now got ESS, TMPS, PMS......all because someone thought it should be required. But like most of those ideas, they are always best when...
Yes, absolutely, but not in the way you might think. Because of the volume they finance, a lot of dealerships can get a better rate (called retention) from banks than you yourself. However, they are allowed to increase the rate (usually up to 3 percentage on top of the approved rate), and...
If this trade doesn't work out, Dupli-color has a spray paint that is an exact match to Granite Crystal Metallic, which is the FCA color. I painted my Sahara bezels using it, and they are indistinguishable from factory Rubicon bezels.
I have to believe that part of this may be about managing expectations. Let's face it, if you buy a Toyota, you are purchasing the expectation to never see the inside of a service waiting room. Us Jeep guys already know that won't happen, so when it inevitably does, it was expected. It...
