Where I live, people think you have a micropenis when you drive a truck. But I heard, a jeep was ok because it looks “vintage”. So far I have not seen any other Gladiator since I had mine 3 months ago so it seems a rare beast and I am allways told that it is in pristine condition “for its age”...
Would have gone for the Rubicon instead of the 80 edition but Rubicon was not avaliable in europe so it seems at the time my wife bought the gladiator for my birthday....
Rubicon perhapst not necessary.
But I would highly reccommend the ecodiesel. It is absolutely phantastic.
My Mileage has come to 26 mpg what i consider excellent for a car which is less aerodynamic than a cow.....
You think too complicated...
- Leave the doors at your place
- buy ear buds and a motorcycle rain combo
- drive without doors.
Have been doing this in a lotus super seven for years because I am too lazy to put the fabric roof on.....
Took her into the woods, tore out a rotting fence for my mother and did some mud driving in Sauerland Germany with my brother who came with hid Mercedes G-500. Cars did equally good on a very slippery and steep trach that I would not have wanted to climb by foot.
Great review. I am at 2.000 mls. No offroad yet. Mileage started with 19 mpg and a very calm sound of the engine.
meanwhile I am at 25 mpg and the sound has changes to a very nice and deep hoarse growl. Would rebuy in an instant. 80 th edition, bigger wheels and no rise.
This is mercedes G class lingo
.....Its a jeep. It can live with scatches, dings and spots. Jeep owners should have the same attitude....
Grow a pair and live with it...,
Hi, just bought a JT Ecodiesel.
Frind of mine told me, Jeep makes hissing sound on right rear end when idling. checked out myself: correct, like hissing air. what is this? diesel pump? AC Converter?
thx
