Who said anything about being perfect? Flipping the wheels on the wrong axel was a pretty avoidable mistake.
Bought the certs once never used them. Then I found out they installed two wheels on the wrong axels (staggered sizes on my convertible). That has been the end of Discount Tire for me.

This gets my vote; i've powder coated wheels before and it was lasting a really long time. I think for 5 wheels it was about $90 wheel here in my area. Also powder coated a front fascia piece on my former Hummer H3 for about $100 as it had some rust on it.
