Exactly what I did, had to retrieve a card. I just placed the bezel back on and told the service dept it just broke. If they try to charge me I’ll just fix it myself instead.

There is a whole other thread dedicated to this very question, although I try to avoid looking at it much since I’ve got too much money tied up in my house this year and not enough for further JT upgrades

I’m having a dealer replace mine, presumably under warranty (brought the JT in last week). They’re giving me a call this week when the part arrives. Seems silly the way they fabricate that part as one whole piece...
