I thought about that route we had a durango RT and now are other car is a Grand Cherokee L so we have a family hauler. I want a truck for hauling my dogs up to camp. Ill probably put another softopper on the TRX like my gladiator and put a kennel in the back again in the summer.

I agree the pricing structure is weird. I think they put a premium on the Jeep name over Ram.

Mpgs wasn’t a concern but I think the deal breaker is that it won’t fit in my garage and the gladiator will. Hard to leave a car like that outside year round that’s hardly driven.

Sounds like a win/win grab handles you can pick up cheap if they dont add them for you. There's also some aftermarket metal ones that bolt to the A pillar that might be more useful for your situation as well.

I will say the videos I posted do not sound anywhere near as loud as it does in real life. Mine I can hear from a half mile away in my house.

I work from home and my wife is a full time Mom so mine doesn't get driven much anymore. Its primarily our fun car and gets driven up to our camper but thats about it.
