  1. Disposal of factory suspension?

I got $100 for mine. Guy just wanted the crate. LOL. Only thing they are good for would be a stock rebuild. Either from someone wanting to return to stock, or for an accident repair. I have a brand new set of 373 ring and pinion that are essentially paper weights. LOL.
  2. Dealership installed mopar gears

  3. Car and Driver has posted a 10,000 mile update to their long term Gladiator review. Pretty negative

So far veryy happy with mine @ 17000 miles. Had the steering box replaced ( Excellent Steering now) , and just had the rear pinion bearing replaced under warranty. I believe it was re-gear related. ( Mopar installed 488 gears, so no warranty issues) Dealer thought the crush sleeve failed and...
  4. Gasser real world fuel economy

2020 with Cap and bedslide ( about 260#) , 35" tires and 488 gearing . 15 MPG in winter, 16 MPG in summer. Highway or around town...doesn't matter.
  5. 4xe TEST DRIVE

I'm not on board with the climate alarmists at all. With that said. Along with the bad out of the issue, will come some good. Electric Automobile technology is showing some really impressive products today. They will only get better. They won't be for everybody, and the Hydrocarbon Auto market...
  6. 4xe TEST DRIVE

4XE Rubicon 4dr weighs over 800lbs more than the 4dr Rubicon 3.6. That means a Rubicon Gladiator 4XE would weigh in at 5900lbs.
  7. Recommended Diff Protection?

My spare is different. Bought the cheapest (closeout) 18" wheel and tire I could find for spare. $70 for wheel and $175 for tire. But it is sized properly and ready if needed.
  8. Recommended Diff Protection?

ARB just installed. Got 2 for the price of one on installation, since they had to replace a rear pinion bearing on warranty.
  9. Noise after gear change

Had about 14000 miles on that bearing, so can't say for sure. Sounds like a remote controlled airplane flying under the Gladiator.
  10. Noise after gear change

My 488's were quiet as stock. Until my pinion bearing went out.
  11. Pinion Bearing gone bad.

About 15000 miles and it sounds like a remote control airplane flying under my Jeep. Just wondering if anyone else has had failure with them?
  12. Mopar 2" lift kit

Find another dealer. Guy is a crook. Got mine installed at dealer for $1700 for kit and labor.
  13. Immature Bronco “Adults” @ Moab

I slow down and move over for Mountain Bikers and pull over and shut off my engine for Horse riders. They still hate me.
  14. Immature Bronco “Adults” @ Moab

If you think they're angry, you never looked in the eye of a Mountain Biker or Horse rider out there.
  15. Jeep screwed us

Call Jeep Cares and request a loaner. One of the first questions on a survey for repairs is if you were offered a loaner. Because Jeep provides them to the dealerships. I got a brand new JLU to drive for a week waiting on a pinion seal. Greenway probably using them for Salesmen Demo's.
  16. Jeep screwed us

I assume you were given a loaner until repair is made?
  17. My FIFTH trip to the shop in 2 months!!!

If they are repairing your issues ( no matter how many) , your stuck with it.
