Nothing wrong with RC. People are snobs when it comes to what they think you should run on YOUR vehicle. Well they aren't paying for it. I see plenty of clean high priced lifts sitting on Jeeps and Trucks at the local burger joint on Friday night while it's the dude with the RC lift and steel...
Oh stop. lol It's not even a lift it's a level kit and nothing wrong with RC if you are on a budget. There are more RC lifts on vehicles out there than anyone else and at least their stuff is made in Tn.
My 2011 JKU with soft top sounded like a wind tunnel above 50mph this new JT hard top is like a Cadillac by comparison. I have seen reviews of the different panel insulation and how that alone can cut down on the noise in the cabin.

Sport S Max Tow
RC2.5" level on front with Daystar 3/4 spacer on rear. Rubicon shocks and springs all the way around Subject to change as I will most likely swap rear springs for the stock Max Tow springs, Rubicon springs feel too...
I will say that I did clear the cache and delete the data within the android app on my Note9 and everything worked fine the last time I used it so perhaps that made a difference IDK. Will see. But with my luck it will decide to glitch on the interstate when I cant shut the truck off to reset it...
Dealer said it's a compatibility issue between the uconnect 7in software and Android 10 software. Apparently the uconnect needs an update and there isnt one yet. That was their explanation so I guess until there is a uconnect update forget using android auto. At the rate we see updates on...
The first thing I did was adjust the air pressure. I still have entirely too much play in the wheel. Its not a matter of it simply having low resistance I can literally move the wheel 2in either way and get no movement put of the wheels on the ground.
Well this is a potential safety issue if it causes someone to lose control and crash. Sadly, that's what it takes for these companies to do the right thing because they are afraid of their bottom line. If they sit quietly and fix one or two here and there it doesn't cost them a whole lot of...
Dealing with the 2in slop in the wheel myself on my new (350 miles) JT. On the test drive we never really got out of traffic enough to hit 50 or over so it wasn't horrible to me and I liked the truck. I knew about JL owners having loose steering, but though maybe I got lucky......NOPE. I look...
Same issue for me in my new 2020 Gladiator. If I am using Android Auto for my map or music, etc it's fine, but as soon as I unplug my phone to go back to siriusXM the music is there, but the screen randomly flickers and I cannot change anything on the screen. Hitting a saved channel at the top...
I'm having an issue with my brand new 2020 Gladiator with the 7in Uconnect. For whatever reason in the early mornings when I get in to go to work the SiriusXM is stuck on "Acquiring Signal" and for the 10 minute drive to work I never get a signal. When I get in the truck in the afternoon to go...
From what I've been reading the Rubicon Springs give around 3/4in to 1in height over the Sport S Max Tow springs, BUT the Rubicon springs are only 7 coils while the max tow has 8 coils on the rear. The max tow on the rear is also a progressive spring and a stiffer spring so adding weight to the...
I learned with my JK plan ahead. Do the work once. I was all set on just doing the 1.5in level but realized at some point I'm adding a heavier steel bumper and a winch. With my JK this turned my 4in lift into a 3in lift on the front so I opted for the 2.5in on the front and a 3/4in on the rear...
There are a lot of affordable lifts that are good quality. Half of what you are paying for with a MOPAR lift is the name and the scare tactic by the Dealers that anything other than MOPAR will void your warranty.
I think people getting excited about BLD, but it's simply traction control using your brakes and wheels sensors. It's in no way as good as lockers or even a limited slip dif, but in the absence of those it does help. My old JK had BLD when you went into 4hi or 4lo. Even with traction control off...
Weeeeeell, lol This morning got in to go to work and it was stuck on acquiring signal again so have an appointment with dealer tomorrow anyway and will have them look at it.
FYI The JK and every Jeep wrangler since 2007 has had BLD or a version of it. It's simply traction control. In the absence of lockers the computer applies brakes to the spinning wheel so the wheel with grip gets more torque. I cant remember if it worked in 4hi on the JK or not. My guess is it...
