So I'm planning to take a road trip in a few weeks with a roof top tent. There are some good options coming for racks, but they're still not available yet. So what's available right now, including universal bed racks that would fit the gladiator?
I also got the trail rail system. Is that going...
Are these 3 holes used for the diagonal brace of the rack? Is this a no drill install?
Also, I ordered my gladiator with the trail rail system, is that going to interfere with the rack?

This rack says it can be mounted directly to the Tacoma factory tie down rails. Are the trail rails on the gladiator the same as the Tacoma?
I reached out to a bunch of Massachusetts dealers and nothing came close to Tri City so I put in my order through Travis last week.
Problem is Mass doesn't recognize temp plates, which means I'm either making two trips so I can register it before picking it up and driving back, or having it...
So mine shows the same $750 in discounts, except it's off of "MAS PMP", not invoice, which is barely less than msrp. I'm looking to have it mid July, so I'm not expecting any huge rebates by then
So far I've had 3 decent quotes for my build which is msrp $53,510
- a local dealer in MA for FFP $50,118
- Travis in NC for 6% below invoice $47,515
- MAS for $51,519
I tried sending the quote from Travis to MAS, but the 6% below invoice is only in the email and not on the invoice sheet. She...
So the best I've been able to find locally in Mass is 1% below invoice (with tread lightly), but for a $150 plane ticket and 11 hour drive home I can get 6% below invoice from Travis at Tri-City. Any final recommendations before I pull the trigger and buy that far away?
Asked for a quote from First Chrysler in North Attleboro and gave me MSRP. When I tried to negotiate down he asked if I was on this forum and tried discrediting anything I've read on here regarding 6-7% below invoice, that my FCA number from tread lightly doesn't matter because affiliate pricing...
The invoice pricing in the options matrix are spot on with what I was provided from a dealer. The build sheet they sent me came out to a total msrp $53,510, just like the Jeep website, FWP was $50,548, and FFP was $50,118.
Good call. "Orders are being taken and qualified for processing and sent to FCA the first week of May." So I guess that's when the order banks will open.
With the JL I was sold on granite crystal, but with the gladiator I'm not so sure and starting to lean towards black. A lot harder to made the decision without there being an actual truck in granite crystal spotted yet.
I believe you need to use their car buying service to identify dealerships. From there you could negotiate with one of the dealerships down, not necessarily stick with their original quote. As long as you use one of the dealerships that provided a quote you would get the discount.
