Yes, do 4 round on there. I've seen someone do 4 round, maybe Dorion, and it looks damn good. Personally hate light bars, almost as much as angry eyes.
Worked on a rear end rattle. Ok, this is too dumb and simple to NOT tell. So, I was noticing a rattle every time I went over big bumps and railroad tracks. Thinking the factory didn't tighten something in the rear suspension (because I haven't installed my 1" pucks yet) or the frame/bed itself...
This was my favorite. Especially the color, love that green. Had it on a 2010. Willy's on my route has a spare on both sides. I'll snap a pic next time I'm there
FYI, the Kenda 35x12.5 M/T are a real bitch to balance. This is my 2nd rig with em. Both sets required multiple balancing machines. I do like the look of those 10.5 R/T tho. But I'm a big fan of 12.5 and aggressive tread
1st time using the clay bar. Damn, it took 4ever. If you want to get intimate with your paint, this will get you up close to really see the crud in your paint. I did it to take care of the rail dust on white paint. I couldn't stand seeing rust speckles after a good washing. Anyway, Holy Chit...
@ERMedic777 I'm going to Drummond Island the 1st week of August, on 35's and a 2" level. Do you think I'll be scraping belly or dragging ass on Marble Head?
Use the strap, save yourself from the dreaded cowl ding and/or ripping the wire harness out. Gravity is a bitch when stopped on a side hill. You'll be amazed and pissed if that door slips out of your hand and you watch your door fly all the way open and ding the cowl
@TopOff get the soft top and sell the hard top. I had a JK with hard top. As soon as I got the soft top from @Bestop I hoisted the hard top up to the rafters in the garage, and that damn hard top stayed up there until I traded in the JK for my JT. So, naturally, I ordered my JT with soft top...
@TRI-JAB I did 2 ropes and 2 pulleys for a 2door JK top. Worked just fine, but pulling 2 ropes simultaneously was a bit tricky. Especially when it came to tie them to the wall by myself. Used a 3rd rope tied to the wall and both ropes to stabilize it so I could store the freedom panels on top of...
yes, what @rvillano8188 said. Torx bolts out on day 1, never to be put back on here. Never had any problem with my JK's, and just went through a Michigan winter w/o any problem getting the doors off this summer. I do clean and grease each guide and hole every spring. Idk if that helps. Just...
