I paid. They have no parts to test the issue. Engineering is now involved.

It’s ridiculous…. I had the service manager do all the tests and he agreed and created a case. I had them put the Mopar lift on as it was incapable on a Forest service road. Problem solved. I will be asking for some type of compensation for this overlooked issue, this is my 6th Jeep.

Hopeful it will but doubtful. My service manager stated that they didn’t compensate for the engine weight. He noticed before he even drove it. Keep us posted.

What was the fix?

I'm tired of waiting for an answer. Putting on the Mopar 2" - will report next week if the issue is gone.

Makes no difference with the stock bumper... mine was 100% stock, same issues.

With Jeep?

Nice to have the warranty still intact.

Probably going with the Mopar.
