So I ordered my JTSD without any LED lights with the intension of adding Oracle lights. For sure the tail lights as well as the rear bumper LED's and lastly the heated LED headlights. But now my question is are people having bad experiences with Oracle and are the lights quality? If I am paying...
It's a bit like asking if you should buy a truck or an SUV, you have to decide what will work best for your needs. I have a diesel on order, for me, I was tired of running higher RPM's when towing and after driving one I know it will put a smile on my face every time. I could never clearly...
Tom sounds like a popular guy, but what if you purchased from another dealer? I have always wondered about an extended warranty, not if its worth it (individual choice) but rather who and when to purchase one. I have a JTSD and thinking an extended warranty may be worth it at some point.
That is what I thought azmojave, I think the wheel offset calculator mentioned above is assuming you are using the same width wheel for "original setup & new setup". I think I have to take that difference and add/subtract the difference from the offset converter tab. This is so confusing!
So if I put in as an example a 4.5" wide wheel with 0mm offset the back spacing is 2.5". if I then take a 9" wide wheel with 0mm offset the back spacing is 5". doesn't that mean the back of wheel is 2.5" closer to the inner fender?
So I have been trying to wrap my head around tire & wheel sizing and have either got an idea or am totally lost. I used a wheel & tire calculator to get the measurements then put it into a chart based on the tire & wheels I am looking at. I am looking at TOYO 35x11.5-17 tires and various wheels...
I am in Wisconsin and ordered a Sport S on December 8, dealer told me March or April, ouch! I have a VIN but don't expect much change for a while but I still check every day! I got the diesel, hardtop, switches, GGlass, cold weather (Wisco) and proximity. Not sure how any of that plays in to...
I was told by Jeep Chat it would be the first of the year before the Gladiator build page would be updated. Crazy being you are now ordering 2022 models, but maybe there is hope as the Wrangler page now has 2021 & 2022 build pages.
Hey KX, when did you order? I just ordered last week (Sport S, diesel) and did choose the GGlass option as I figured a couple hundred bucks was good insurance...I hope.
This was literally keeping me from ordering so I thought I should mention what I found. Last year the RPKE was a stand alone option, for 2022 you can get it in one of two ways.
The first is for all trim levels (except the base Sport). If your Gladiator does not come standard with the remote...
So the manual says to let the engine idle after driving with load to cool the turbo. With that (dumb question) is there a timer that can be set/installed aftermarket so you don't have to remember to shut it off. If not, is it okay to shut it off and immediately restart with the remote start so...
Ouch, those expenses always seem to come at the worst time, not that there is ever a good time. I totally get it having a rig already built, that would be a tuff choice then. We are trading in our 2017 JK so I am moving up in the world in more ways than just a diesel!
