I swear I saw my interior light stay on because my tailgate was not closed all the way. There is no indicator that the tailgate is open though, just wanted to clear that up.

100% agree! I only got it because it was a $95 option at the time, 2 massive cracks later, their "warranty" doesn't cover it.
