You can also use the JSan app and the required hardware. A supported ODB adapter and a SGW cable along with a JSan License. It can be considerably cheaper than the tazer.

Aux Switch Wires
All the details.. a bit surprised leads were unwrapped if you bought your JT new. Mine were wrapped so tight and attached to another set of wires they were hard to find.
I had a similar issue happen for about two months. But, it was every time I tired to unlock my JTR when I was parked in my condo parking garage or directly on the street in front of my condo. The parking garage was worse with the remote not working 95% of the time. So when I opened the door...
4th Jeep, once the door are off the first time.. that is the last time the door bolts are on. Did an upgrade on the JTR and these now stay on all the time. Does make it easier to put the doors back on as the top pin is longer than the bottom. You do have to be careful as someone on here bought...
In order to access the wire to tap into the turn signal you have to remove the inner fender. On the JTR there are 3 bolts and 6 or 7 Christmas tree plugs on each side. A few got destroyed taking them out. Some claim you can do the install with only removing a few.. but it make it a bit harder...
I have to agree. There was two of us doing install, so it was easier to use the heat gun and replace the tape with out pulling the whole unit out and the wiring.
For anyone installing for the first time, I bought extra Christmas tree plugs for the inner fenders as most got destroyed pulling...
I had an issue on the first side I did. I lined up the Sidetrack with the vent. Then realized the top edge of the Sidetrack was not sitting flush with the side panel and was already pulling away. After a heat gun and some additional 3M automotive tape, all was good. I removed the Sidetrack and...
Looking at a number of after market bumpers. How much does the bush guard, hoop on your bumper cut into the view on the factory trail cam? Pics of your bumper and cam view would be great, if possible. Cheers!
Interesting, funny I was thinking about something similar. Let me know if you go the custom route, I could be interested as well. Would be looking for a red maple leaf, my JTR is black. Cheers!
There are a few here and a couple more on the second page. Can't vouch for the product or vendor. I placed a order on May 13th and as of July 13th have still not received my order. I emailed the vendor and was told they should ship out this week. If the order is under $30 there should be no duty...
Now on my 4th Jeep and overall only 2 windshield replaced. I was out one night with the JTR and found the bugs really bad. With my JT being black, I figured a deflector would not stand out as much as on other colors. I went with the Bushwacker as it appeared to have good coverage for even stone...
I live in Eastern Canada, Prince Edward Island, and never had good reception. The first Jeep I had with Sirius XM was a JKU and it would drop up all the time. A street with lots of trees was all it took. I don't find my JTR any different. I was told it was the location of the satellites in...
