That looks like the Employee Pricing For All discount. Not quite $6k off MSRP, according to the build & price tool. Not a bad deal, but not a great one, either, given what others here paid pre-covid.
The Jeep website is displaying the Overland specs for the Mojave. The Mojave has 1" taller front shocks, which results in a half inch higher ground clearance than a Rubicon (11.6" vs 11.1").
Depends on how long it's blowing hot air. It takes a minute or two for the A/C compressor to spin up, chill the coolant, and push the warm stagnant air out of the vents. My Ridgeline waits a few minutes before turning the fan speed up to reduce the amount of hot air that's blown into the cabin...
