Look at LOD or Rock Hard. I had a LOD on my JLUR and flat towed with it. I just ordered a Rock Hard aluminum bumper for my JTM. Also flat tow rated and both brands utilize the OEM fog lights. Not cheap, but strong.

On my 21 JKUR the computer monitors the four rolling tires. No issues when the spare was rotated into the mix. After about 50 feet the spare started transmitting. I will be looking for a matching spare rim soon for my 2022 JTM.
