To answer part of your question, no. You’ll have to spend more for quality shocks that perform better than stock…that’s even before getting lift kit parts. $600 would be pretty close the lowest number I’d go for 4 decent shocks. Sounds like you want a quality kit that keeps your Jeep riding...
